AI visibility is a new billable line — but only if you have an efficient way to report on it. eCommerce Insights is the tool that lets a 7-person agency manage AI visibility across 18 Shopify brands without hiring a second SEO specialist.

How agencies use eCommerce Insights

Three slabs that matter to an agency operator.

Slab 01

Multi-brand dashboards

Switch between client brands with a dropdown. Roll-up views show the whole book: which brands are gaining citations, which are losing them, which need attention this week. A single login for the agency team, with role-based access where you need it. Every dashboard state is bookmarkable so a specialist can jump straight to a brand's worst-performing collection.

Slab 02

Branded PDF reports

Monthly PDF exports carrying your agency's logo, color mark, and narrative. Clients open them. The reports show per-SKU scores, week-over-week deltas, competitor comparisons, and the diffs your team shipped that month. No screen shares required. No quarterly Google Slides marathon. The PDF does the work.

Slab 03

Onboarding SOP

A written onboarding playbook, an agency-tuned query bank generator, and eCommerce Insights staff on the Warehouse tier to help with your first three client setups. New brand connected, scanned, and reporting within a business day. The SOP is documented, adaptable, and meant to be forked by your agency.

Agency capabilities

Everything a growth agency actually asks about.

01

Unlimited client brands

Warehouse tier carries no brand cap. Add the 19th and 20th client without a re-contract.

02

Per-brand filtering

Every view filters down to one brand, one collection, one engine, or one score band.

03

Role-based access

Agency owner, specialist, read-only. Optional client-side read-only logins under client-portal mode.

04

Bulk exports

CSV exports per brand, per collection, per engine. Hand off to the client's own workflow if they prefer.

05 · Roadmap

API & Zapier

Read-only API on the Warehouse tier. Zapier on the 2026 roadmap. Pipe scores into your own reporting stack.

06 · Early access

Client-portal mode

White-labeled, read-only brand dashboards for clients who want a direct view.

Agency profile

A 7-person Shopify growth agency running 18 brands.

Monthly SEO retainers average $4,500. The agency added eCommerce Insights to every client account as a $500–$1,500/mo line item depending on catalog size. Monthly delivery: one branded PDF per client, one 30-minute review call, and a queue of approved PDP diffs the agency ships through the client's Shopify admin. Net new line item across the book. Net new expertise the clients can't get elsewhere.

Illustrative profile. Pricing and margin will vary by engagement.

Frequently asked questions

Can I white-label the reports?
White-label reports are Early access on the Warehouse tier. The current state: PDF exports can carry your agency logo and color mark, and the client-portal mode strips eCommerce Insights branding from the shared dashboard view. Fully custom domains (reports.youragency.com) are on the roadmap for 2026.
Can I resell eCommerce Insights to my clients?
Yes. Most agencies bundle eCommerce Insights into a monthly retainer line item rather than a pass-through resale. The Warehouse tier is priced so a 10-brand agency can add $500–$1,500/mo per client to a retainer and still maintain margin. Contact sales for agency-specific pricing; there is no rigid seat math.
Do client brands get their own logins?
They can, if you want. Client-portal mode (Early access) gives each brand read-only access to their own dashboard and digest, with the agency holding the write-back approvals. Many agencies keep all logins in-house and export a branded PDF monthly; eCommerce Insights supports either posture.
How do seats work across brands?
Unlike per-seat SaaS, the Warehouse tier prices primarily per brand, not per user. Agency staff seats are effectively unlimited under reasonable usage. A 7-person team running 18 brands pays by the 18 brands, not the 7 people.
What about GDPR and DPAs for EU clients?
A signed DPA is available on the Warehouse tier. eCommerce Insights processes catalog data only (titles, descriptions, metafields, schema) — no customer PII. Data residency in the EU is on the 2026 roadmap; current data processing happens in US-East with standard contractual clauses for EU transfers.
Is there a partner program?
Yes. The eCommerce Insights Agency Partner program offers a 15% recurring commission on direct referrals, co-marketing for qualifying partners, and priority feature input. The program is currently invite-only; agencies running three or more brands on the platform qualify automatically.
