eCommerce Insights is in early access. The full privacy policy is being prepared alongside the first production release and will be posted here before general availability.

What we collect in early access

During early access, eCommerce Insights processes the Shopify catalog data a customer explicitly connects (products, variants, metafields, collections) and the AI-visibility scan results generated from that catalog. Account information (name, email, company) is collected to run the trial.

What we do not do

eCommerce Insights does not sell customer data. eCommerce Insights does not share customer catalog data with third parties except the AI search engines it scans against (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, Copilot) in the course of monitoring visibility. No advertising trackers are installed on this site during early access.
