Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. The 14-day trial collects no payment details. If you do nothing at day 14, the trial lapses — there is no auto-conversion and no surprise invoice. Upgrading to Starter or Growth is a choice you make inside the admin.
What happens after day 14?
You pick a plan or walk away. Scores, scan history, and the fix queue stay readable for 30 days so you can export anything you want to keep. Plans start at $99 per month for up to 500 products tracked with weekly refresh.
What access does the trial need to my store?
Read-only, scoped access. On Shopify that means product, variant, metafield, and collection read scopes through the admin API — nothing is written to your store during the trial. Other channels connect through their own read APIs or a catalog feed. You can revoke access at any time.
Can I add teammates during the trial?
Yes — trial accounts get three seats, the same as Starter. Most teams add whoever owns the PDP backlog, because the fix queue is where the trial proves itself: real diffs on your lowest-scoring SKUs, ready to review.
Store connections use each platform's official APIs — on Shopify, the Shopify admin API with read-only scopes during trial.
