eCommerce Insights is in early access. These terms are a short placeholder — a full, standard terms of service will replace this notice before general availability.

Early-access use

During early access, eCommerce Insights is provided as-is to participating customers under the cover letter that accompanied their invitation. Features marked "Early access" across the site may change, ship with limitations, or be withdrawn before general availability. eCommerce Insights does not guarantee uptime or data retention service levels during this period.

Customer data

Customers retain full ownership of their catalog and recommendation data. Data processing details are covered in the privacy notice. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request and standard on the Warehouse plan.

Acceptable use

eCommerce Insights is for legitimate commercial use by Shopify brands and their authorized agencies. Do not use the service to scrape catalogs you do not own or have written permission to analyze.
