Not reliable when it came to actually needing.Got in a car wreck and was thankful I had a dash cam. Unfortunately when I went to review the footage I was upset to see that it didn't even record at all. It did record my previous drive but when it came time to me needing it, it let me down. Thankfully it was clear that I was not at fault and the other person's insurance is covering everything but never again will I buy this brand. Back camera disconnection issue!.The back camera keeps disconnecting, mainly while idling/slow traffic. When this happens the video restarts, and you lose ~10s of recording each time. I've now seen others with similar issues as well in the reviews. I've checked the cable, the connection at both ends, and everything seems fine. Pros: - Fairly good video quality - Easy to mount/connect - Wifi connection (though slow) Cons: - Back camera disconnects sometimes, losing footage!

Garbage, shuts off frequently.It was working fine at first until I'd start coming into my car and noticing that it wasn't on. Pressing a button turns it on, but it should've already been on. Today I tried to pull some footage off and it kept shutting off so quickly and frequently that I just couldn't get connected for about half an hour. After I connected to it, I noticed that a large amount of footage just wasn't recorded because the dash cam crashed/shut off for days at a time. This is flat out not acceptable. With how sc

Not all Features Work Properly.Would not purchase this dashcam - got mine the other day and set it up and could not get it to record in 1440P 60 FPS no matter what I did. I can choose that resolution in the menu, but once the camera starts recording it reverts to 1440P 30 FPS and then when going back into the menu that choice is no longer there. In addition the GPS location data was either not recorded or recorded improperly. I tried using multiple software to view the GPS track with the video and it simply did not work. All

Rear camera stopped working.Setup up took a minute. The camera didnt want to complete initial setup with sd card and parking settings without trying multiple times. Rear camera completely stopped working after one year. Ill be replacing this setup with something better.

Once installed correctly it has great features!.It is as advertised, a good dash cam, however the wifi feature is sometimes difficult to activate. Once it does work it is not an easy software to have work on your iPhone. Once the hardwire kit is installed the unit does work well. It is very tolerant of the high temperatures occurring in your car in warm weather. I suggest opening your car windows a smidgeon to allow heat to dissipate as temperatures can rise to over 120 degrees or more in your car at times, but it seems to survive the heat! W
