What a pain to open and use!.Just too hard to open (the box and, later, the twist-knob to dispense the detergent) to use. Economical or environmental friendly it may be, but I ended up just pouring all of it into an empty Tide jug, and then threw away box (plastic container inside, plus heavy cardboard on the outside -- which Recycle Bin do I put it in? /s) And if you have arthritis in any of your fingers or wrists, or are hand that strong with your hands, you will be swearing at P&G for this design. Helps with sensitive skin children and pets..I noticed few years ago that my dog was always itchy on our bed. I learned it could be our detergent used on bedding. Since switching, not been an issue. The packaging also is eco friendly! Which is great! The nozzle does get gunk up

Helped with skin problems.Tide Free and Gentle really helped with my undiagnosed skin condition, when I break out I am less itchy and the breakouts burn a lot less than with other detergents. The Eco Box has trouble dispensing once it it halfway through.

Best for people with skin conditions.This is my go-to laundry detergent as anything else will irritate my skin and cause problems. I've been using this for 10+ years and have never had a problem. No scent, no additives. Perfect.

Good For Environment, BUT....Right idea to be environmentally friendly, but it seems like more packaging wasted, dispenser leaks if not placed in the right position, same good formula is wasted down the drain since the cap isn't designed to be placed to drop the remaining detergent back into the bag or anything. Surely you can find a way around the wasted product but to me it's not worth the hassle, time, or price

Plastic and leaks easily.The inner packaging still made out of plastic and is not as easy to recycle. Definitely not eco friendly. The cap doesn't seal all the way so it leaks and creates a mess. I'm so disappointed im this product.
