New cap is awful!.I've used this detergent for a couple of years now but this new packaging is awful! The green cap leaks and you can hardly see the fill lines. The product works fine but the packaging does not. Please fix!

Go back to the old cap.Ive been a loyal purchaser for years.. the detergent is great.. THE NEW CAP IS AWFUL. Its a mess. Go back to the old cap!

The new green cap is AWFUL.The laundry soap itself remains as great as ever, but the new bottle design with the green cap is a nightmare. Laundry soap leaks out all over the lid when you put it back on and the cap is constantly a sticky mess. Seems like the company didnt do any user experience testing with the packaging redesign. Its also very difficult to see the markings on the inside of the cap that indicate how much detergent to use. Im usually fine with paying a premium price for a premium brand, but not when the use

The detergent itself is fine but the cap is too much of a hassle.The new cap is terrible. It wastes so much detergent it's not really "green" anymore. You can't see the measurement fill lines so you have to guess how much detergent to add. Worse, the viscous detergent clings to the sides and then drips down the outside of the bottle instead of back inside. It makes a huge mess. Your hands will be covered in detergent every time you do laundry and it will make a huge mess in your laundry room. The cap becomes slippery and gross. For people that have to do a lo

Great product, but new green cap creates a mess.If it isn't broke... So the new cap on this great product does two things. One, spills way more easily when screwing back on the jug. Two, obscures the fill line at a whole new level (opaque cap wasn't great)... causing you to use way more product than recommended. I am a little concerned that this was deliberate. Bring back the old cap! Stop wasting resources and increasing consumer costs! Until they switch back, I may try Amazon basics. Target's UP is also good.

That new green measuring cup lid is a mess to use..That new green measuring cup lid is a mess to use. The original clear plastic lid design contained the detergent well and drained back into the jug without getting on the lid or the jug, but no matter how careful you are filling and pouring and replacing the new green lid it is impossible to prevent detergent from dripping onto the lid and onto the jug. Really Like this Detergent.I really like this detergent. I have sensitive skin and it is gentle on my skin. My laundry is always very clean and no lingering stains. I do have a problem with the new lids. They seem to always leave a residue when I re-cap the bottle. Hopefully, the designers will correct that problem.
