Beware: Charging port looks like a usb-c port, but it's NOT.The most important thing for a perspective buyer of this device is that they might see the pictures and think usb-c. They might receive the product and think usb-c. But it is in fact, NOT usb-c. No cord will charge this thing EXCEPT this really short six inch cord it comes with. No usb-c cord will charge it. What IS THE POINT?! Why does this thing have a proprietary charging port? It functions well for what it does, but i mean, i think the charging port is an absolute deal breaker.

Broke same day it was received.There is a reason why this costs $1.14 on the popular chinese version of amazon. I got this, charged it full. Trying it out and after about 30 sparks (2-4 seconds each) battery went out. I fully charged it again and now no spark and battery fully depletes within 5-10 seconds of holding down the button. Total junk. Will not be replacing, but just returning it.

If you have more than one candle to light look elsewhere.If you have to light more than 3 birthday cake candles you might be ok- no way youll have enough battery power to light four Battery on this product last for a couple seconds. Its difficult to light a three wick candle without running out of battery power. If you have multiple candles to light you better grab some matches! The electrical arch is not very wide and makes lighting candles with large diameter wicks difficult.

No more burned fingers.This was a gift for my daughter who loves candles.SHe was thrilled with this lighter. It doesnt matter how short or tall the candle is, she can easily light it without burning her fingers or singeing the side of the container. The flexible part is perfect to adjust for various sized candles,.it is a great gift for candle lovers, good value too.

Cheap battery.The battery does not stay charged for more than 10 seconds. Waste product. Had to return it. I think they are shipping the returned items to new customers without repairing them just to get rid of them.

Complete junk.Wow. I do not know how this thing has such high reviews. This thing is one of the worse thing Ive ever ordered on Amazon. After being fully charged, tried lighting a candle. Not only would it not light, it then acted like it was dead. This product is not only annoying loud (the buzzing noise it makes killed my ears), its such a small wick that it can barley light anything cause nothing could even fit between it. This product is terrible.

Battery Died after 1 time use (couldnt lit 3 wick).I was so excited to use this product after I saw my roommate using some other brand lighter and I felt like this one is much better then hers because this lighter has neck which is bendable. But after just 1 use, it was dead. I charged the first time for 2-3 hours and tried to light the candle, it didnt work. Then I charged the whole night and tried to lit the 3-wick candle and I could only light one 1 wick and this made me frustrated. I bought match sticks to light the candles and have to retur
