just works. The hub is basically essential if you're using apple HomeKit like me. it unlocks control over your smart home that just works. I hated having to buy it for that control but I guess that's Apples fault for not working with Zigbee.

Works great, but package came damaged.Opened the Amazon package and saw the hue Bridge packaging was torn and damaged. I looked inside and there was hair on the bridge. We cleaned it and installed it, and it works perfectly fine. Just very disappointing at how the package was delivered to us.

Turns out to be a waste. This was working just great for several years, then one day the hub just died and stopped responding. I replaced it, but then the new hub would not connect to alexa, meaning I lost all voice control. The new hub also failed to recognize all the bulbs as well. Uninstalling and reinstalling (several times) didn't resolve the issues. The phillips hue bulbs were then essentially junk to me without voice control, so I had to replace them with a different brand. So long philips hue, I'll never buy ano

Great when set up, beware that too many (4+) will not work with the Google Mini. The app is great, and the lights are great. The set up experience could use work. I spent a few hours learning that the Google Mini can't support more than a few of these through trial and error, and it was one of the worst customer experiences I've had. There really is no indication that that's the issue, Google Home and Hue's website drop connections a ton, and so on. Edit: note you can fix the issue with the Mini by getting a Hue Bridge, which I did, and it makes the experience way better.

Regularly disconnects!.Been running these for a year with their dial switches and regular dimmer switches. The lights regularly go out and the switches regularly stop communicating with hub. Pretty inconvenient to have to reset the hub once a week. Not impressed especially for the price!

Works fine once you get past setup.I bought this to control some Philips flood lights. I downloaded the app and had troubles connecting the hub to my Hue app. Called customer support - SUPER friendly and helpful. They had me uninstall the app and re-install it. Once I did that, it worked ok. The other issue I had was connecting my lights. They didn't "just connect" and I had troubles discovering them. But by searching by the product 4-character code, they connected fine. Once connected, we use them all the time and integration

Great product. As a customer, I am thoroughly impressed with the Philips Hue Bridge Smart Lighting Hub. I have been using it for a few months now, and it has completely transformed the way I control my lights at home. The setup was a breeze, and it only took me a few minutes to get it up and running. One of the things I love about the Philips Hue Bridge is its compatibility with other smart home devices, such as my Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. I can now control my lights using just my voice, which is in
