Invasion of privacy.Returned item as it is a complete and total invasion of privacy. An app must be downloaded which must always be on and it is always connected to the camera and what youre doing. Returned this camera and re-ordered one that doesnt require that. I couldnt give this a fair rating as I did not use the camera.

Wont save videos/videos not available.This camera is missing multiple videos and the videos that are showing on the app arent able to be viewed. I plugged in my SD card also and it seems like its just saving videos at random. Would be a great camera if it actually helped me when I need it to be recording and saving footage

Not there when you need it.Suction cups are garbage, they come off in the heat. Didnt record this morning when I had a serious incident simply because I dont like having my phone paired to it 24/7. (It does not automatically pair)

Overpriced, pathetic excuse of a dashcam.This camera is a piece of crap. I've had it for almost 7 months, and I regret buying this dashcam everyday I drive. It frequently suffers from recording issues such as tearing, smearing, freezing, skipping, becoming a pixelated mess, and completely stopping at times. The camera itself shuts off because the cable that attaches it to the mount is very finicky. This happens about once every other drive and requires me to unplug it and plug it back in multiple times. Didn't record anything for last 5 months! Beware!.Just took the SD card out to view something that happened and the last thing recorded on it is from April. Its December.... It's been on and powered the whole time everytime I drive. They are lucky I wasn't in an accident or I'd be much more upset.

Video quality.I like the camera but I wish I could buy a new mount for it so I can put it in my work truck without having to buy a new camera

Not good!.It doesnt record automatically when you turn the car on, you have to use the app for every record.
