Great Basic Tablet.I set this up as a time clock in a workshop and it works great for that application. It's a basic tablet so dont expect much out of it but it works well for simple day-to-day tasks.

FALSE ADVERTISING.This is NOT a 2-in-1. If it's going to be a 2-in-1, the keyboard needs to be included. It is not. The title and photos are lies.

Windows 11 upgrade turned it into a brick.Worked reasonably well with Windows 10. I made the mistake of upgrading to Windows 11, since then it has been a never-ending journey of endless updates and rapidly declining performance. It is now totally unusable. Got to love planned obsolescence.

The info is misleading, and they charge a hefty re-stocking fee...watch out!.The computer doesn't come with any of the other devices that are pictured in the photo--there's no pen, nor even the keyboard. It's just a low-end version of an Ipad, without the stuff you see in the photo. And so we returned it, only to discover that they've charged us a $41 "restocking fee." Yes, we should have scrolled all the way down to the bottom to see what is actually delivered, but silly us, we thought the photo was displaying the item we wanted to order. How naive of us. Buyer beware.

Faster than I expected.This is much faster than I expected. It only has one USB-C, but if you get the right hub you can connect 2 monitors to it. I swapped it out for my i7 64gb ram laptop and didn't notice the difference doing office task and web browsing, but I imagine that I would if I were doing any graphics work. I haven't tested the battery very much, but you'll get at least 4 and probably 6 hours and maybe more (like I said, I didn't test--it's just an estimate). Don't buy from focus camera they'll steel your money.Used it for 2 months now can't connect to wifi and seller won't take a responsibility to replace. A new one.. forget about calling microsoft no live support there just $300 down the drain
