Great product when it works.I purchased the steamer on March 2. Used it twice and the on off switch stopped working. Tried to call customer service at Mccullogh customer unit closes at 3:30 pst and is not open over the weekend. Very disappointed and will most likely not buy another unit

Waste of money.It's definitely cheap. PSI did not get high. Not satisfied. Parts are cheap and broke off on second use. I can no longer attach any attachments to it because the part to hold it broke off. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!

Great machine with a few small cons.The media could not be loaded. Ill keep it short and sweet. Do I think this unit was worth what I spent: Yes Does it work: Yes, and it works well! Would I recommend this to a friend: Sure, but I would make sure I mentioned any frustrations I might have with the unit. FRUSTRATIONS/CONS: The unit is awkward in regards to the hose storage. There is also the issue of not really having anywhere to have your unit hold the wand in storage. You just lay it down on the ground until youre done then di

Cheap seal.I finally got to use it to clean the fridge then a few days later I went to use it to clean a used kitchen set toy for my niece when the steam started to come out of the gage as if the seal got damaged from the heat of the steam cleaner so after cleaning two small item a 3.5 cb ft fridge and part of a toy kitchen set it broke

Great steamer with a few minor problems.Works Great has a long run time. So far Ive used it once and other reviews are accurate it does spit some water on first use and each time you use it after it sits but this clears up in a few seconds just have to be mindful depending on what and where youre using it. I was using it for car detailing so I just stuck it out the door squeezed the trigger for a few seconds then it was ready to go. Im glad I chose the larger capacity model since refilling is another minor concern and takes time and p

Powerful.Relatively powerful steamer that could be useful for some cleaning applications. Unlike the adverts, I did not find it effective when cleaning a gas stovetop (it did not remove stains). It also did not remove all the stains from inside the oven so I am not sure why they show these things in their ads.

Sold me a used steamer as new.The steamer itself is fine, but the one they sent me was clearly used. I tried to navigate that through the amazon feedback system, but was left without a way. I kept the steamer because it worked and I had a time sensitive deadline - it's just incredibly frustrating to pay full price for a used item that is labeled as new.
