It worked well right out of the box.We have used it about 15 time now and it still shows full charge. If this electric lighter lasts longer than a standard long lighter, then it will be a win.

Not that great.I thought this would be a great alternative to actual fluid flame lighters. I tried using them for the month after purchasing and it was frustrating every time bc lighting a wick wasn't easy or quick. Often wore out the full charge just lighting one 3-wick candle. Very ineffective and I don't think it's worth what I paid, but I kept trying past the return point. Hope to help someone else not make the same mistake.
