Stopped working after 6 months.Worked pretty well for the first six months. Went out one day and started the car and the stereo was dead. Pulled it out and tried reseating the connections. This didnt help. Plugged in the old stereo and it still worked so it wasnt related to the car.

The video gets frozen.Since I start using it when a videos is played, it start ok but then suddenly the image get freeze and the music continues, it make me feel disappointed with this poor quality devices that Amazon offers .

Started on fire.I installed this radio in January and it worked great for about a month. This past week while driving home, smoke started coming from the radio and filled my truck with the smell of burnt plastic. The fuse had blown so I replaced the fuse and after plugging the wiring harnesses back in it started smoking again and the fuse blew without turning the radio on. I reached out to Sanptent on 3/7/2023 and have not heard anything back from them.

Incorrect information and sound issues.Although I got my money back, the sound stays at one loudness unless you use the touch screen to adjust it, the knob will work if you turn off the vehicle and turn it back on, but then only for a min then same issue. Doesnt connect to steering wheel controls like it said, doesnt have AM radio like it said.

It works need to return turning lights.It works but only loud and louder have not installed camera or remote on steering wheel but will when I get batteries, thanks.
