Gets the job done.It gets the job done for big SUV on hard to reach areas. However no matter how much I try to scrub, the sponge or any connectors you use connect to the bar handle it keeps twisting making it complicated to work with when scrubbing down the car. I wouldnt recommend it. Its too late for me to return it anyways because I bought it before the nice weather hits. Hope this helps.

Awesome product Best customer service.This Docopole and accessories are definitely quality. Pole is solid and performs well at any extension. There was a problem with the shipping and the box was damaged and one of the accessories was missing. I contacted support and they responded in less than an our. They went above and beyong with support, Not only did they replace the missing item, they also offered an additional 20% off my next purchase.

Very Good Product.Purchased the combo pack of 12 extension pole, mitt, squeegee, mop head (?) and fully covered brush head in order to get the delivery date I needed but I really only needed the 12 pole and full brush head in order to clean my 40 RV. I have to first say it was great to be able to wash it without standing on a ladder. The extension pole did the trick, along with having a brush covered on all sides except where it was actually attached to the pole so I didnt have to worry about scratching the RV as

Chinesium.Very flimsy. Extension wouldn't hold at all. Pole extends and retracts as I used it, even to the point it would rotate inside the handle. I tried using the second stage and it bent on the first brush stroke. Complete waste of money, and I missed the return window before I used it.

Make sure you have touch up paint to fix the gouges!.Great concept. Trying to extra careful. Inevitably the pivoting of the head is its demise. Or should I say the demise of my paint. Gouged the hood, right down to the primer! Brand new truck. First scratches/gouging from this product while cleaning. If you purchase this product make sure you have touch up paint handy. YOU WILL NEED IT!
