Pressure guage full of steam after 5 mo use.This machine can make good coffee, but the instructions could be improved, especially for descaling. After 5 months of light use, my pressure guage is full of steam -- it still works, but it's annoying.

Don't wast your time.I ordered this now over 3 months ago and it still doesn't work and I still haven't been refunded.. do your self a favor and buy a Jura. Bought an Jura Ena 8 and will never look back!!!

Does not work right out of the box..Zero out of five stars. Do not recommend this product. Arrived defective. It would not cycle any water through the machine. Spent over 4 hours going through set up procedure repeatedly, troubleshooting and Google searches for a fix. Nothing worked, definitely should have should have paid attention to the amount of negative reviews of the same problem. Will be returning and purchasing a more reliable brand.

Problems from day one!.I should have listened to the reviews with issues. This unit gave me problems from day one. Got stuck on descaling the moment it turned on and would not stop. Power resets, and descaling wouldn't fix it. Even worst Amazon would not take it back as a return. Youre sent to the manufacturer to try to repair. Total failure in customer service of such a high dollar item. Buyer beware. I would not buy online again.

Do Not Buy this Product.Purchased one device on 7/20/2020 and a second device on 6/27/22. Conical burr grinder on first unit lasted less than one year and failed. The conical burr grinder on second unit stopped grinding only 3 months after purchase. Both have two year warranty. It appears that a better alternative for uniform espresso is a flat burr grinder. Bought the second unit thinking the first failure was an outlier but when the second machine failed after several months of routine home use it appears that Delong

Broke right after warranty expired.The machine broke shortly after the warranty expired. The slot that holds the portafilter in place worn out since it is a cheaper plastic. We then paid $250 for delonghi to do an out of warranty repair which took over two months for us to get a response about our machine we sent in. They then just told us the unit was unfixable and offered us a laughable 10% discount on a new machine. After this experience, no longer will be buying a delonghi machine. Definitely not worth the money.

La cafetera lleg mala , no hace el caf y bota el agua por detrs.The media could not be loaded. The coffee machine came with a fault, it does not prepare coffee and the water from the tank is irrigated, apparently it is a valve. does not review the company before submitting. We need urgent help with this.

Broken. Can't start rinsing cycle..Broken. Cannot even complete rinse cycle. Video calls with manufacturer cannot solve the problem. Second broken machine brought from Delonghi in a week.
