Do not purchase.Most lights did not come back on this year. Top was completely out and bottom branches were out. Some bulbs in the middle out. did not light. We used spares, but did not fix the problem. Last year no issues. Thought Balsam Hill was quality. Go to Home Depot.

Balsam Hill manipulates images to make their trees appear "more realistic.".Balsam Hill tree photos have been manipulated to hide the center pole and make the tree appear thicker and more realistic. I ordered a tree and was immediately disappointed. When I tried to return it, Balsam Hill said they would not accept any returns after Christmas (despite being within the 30-day window). Don't buy the "most realistic tree" line. The photos have been altered.

took my wife awhile to fluff it, but once done it is beautiful.takes some time to fluff from being flat from shipping. once done though it's very full and beautiful

Great tree.Look real! Easy to assemble. Love that it comes with a bag to place it in as well as gloves for fluffing.

Great quality. Amazing customer service..Love look, ease and multiple light functions. Above and beyond customer service. This is the very first artificial tree weve owned, in my 64 years of lifetime. I acquiesced due to entertaining a large party so early in December that I knew a live tree would not last thru Christmas. Very, very happy with this tree!!

Some of the branches were unlit.Easy to set up, but fluffing out all the branches is tedious. Some of the lights on a couple branches didnt light up. Probably shouldve got the LED version. Still, its pretty and looks good. Almost real. Close enough anyhow.
