Why do they smell like mothballs even after wash.I couldnt understand why these jeans smelled of mothballs. Washed in fancy detergent, etc and they still had an odor of my Grandmothers house. I went straight to the reviews and sure enough, others are walking around with mothball smelling jeans.

Mom Jeans.I really wanted to like these. If you google "SNL Mom Jeans" the you will get a pretty good idea of how they fit me. I ordered a 6 long (Amazon suggested size 8 long) and they were oddly big in the stomach and hip area...it's almost like the sizing was "tall" where extra length is built into the rise and the inseam vs "long" where the extra length is just in the inseam. I do feel like they are well made and have a good amount of stretch but I will be returning For reference: 5'9" 145 lbs

Fits all the curves!.It seems like no one sells curvy jeans anymore. I was sceptical of these, but I'm glad I gave them a shot. As soon as I pulled them on, I let out a sigh of relief - they just felt right! They are quite stretchy, and I have no gaps as they follow my curvy hips. The material on the dark doesn't feel exactly like denim, but it is soft and comfortable and has more structure than jeggings. I'm happy with the pockets too. The dark ones had a label that says to wash before wearing to avoid color rubbi

Came with the smell of moth balls.Very mixed thoughts on this pair of jeans. They arrived smelling like moth balls. I washed them 5 times to get the smell out. My nose is generally more sensitive than my other family members, and they couldn't really smell it, but to me it was very strong. Fit: I'm 5 10, 174, and the 14 long fits great. However, it is very stretchy, meaning that within a few hours of washing, they hips/waist stretched enough that I was pulling them up a lot. Fabric: the fabric is strangely a little more rough

They have a weird smell!.These are comfy average jeans. Great for everyday wear. But they have a total funky chemical smell. It didnt come out in the wash. Not sure what it is from, but Ive noticed it before when Ive ordered from Amazon.

So close, but so far....I'm not sure why women's jeans are so difficult. These jeans fit and are nice and stretchy. They are slightly too big, but if I got a size smaller, they'd be too small. The pockets might as well not even be on the jeans as they are pretty pointless, which is unfortunate and super frustrating. My phone doesn't fit in my pocket at all, so what is the point of having a pocket there? These fit in the waist, with some room, but in the crotch they are way too big. Dark was is an inch smaller!.I absolutely loved the light wash and so I ordered the dark wash and they are either mislabeled or they are sized differently because my dark wash was 2-3 sizes smaller!!! Didn't want to order a replacement so I just got another light wash to see which one is mislabeled. Pretty disappointed. Love how these fit my tall short torso body.
