Not the best lighter.This is a stupid lighter in my opinion. I bought it because it seemed interesting. It workedsometimes. If I accidentally hit the item I was trying to light it would shut off and the fully charged battery would suddenly be fully dead and I would need to recharge it. Now it just takes up room in the old junk drawer along with so many other interesting purchases. Id just stick with the normal lighters if I were you.

Mixed feelings.It worked great for a couple of weeks and now every time I try to light a candle with the lighter fully charged it automatically died. So I placed it on the charger while I was at work, I came home tried to light my candle and it automatically went to dead.

Stopped working.I liked the item but after only about a dozen uses the switch doesn't slide to open

Not great at all.It died very quickly. The battery life is abysmal and the battery indicator is a joke. It is always full, until it's empty. No warning, just stops working. Eventually just stopped working and won't recharge. Each charge only lit about 6 candles.

Does not hold charge.Very cool concept and I want to love it, but after charging overnight I can only light one candle then it's dead.

Traditional lighter is better in every way.Bought this as a gift for my wife who loves candles. She never uses it. If the wick isn't the perfect length, or is bent over, it doesn't work well since you can't get the wick in-between the prongs. It's fun to use though, and the charge lasts longer than I thought it would.
